  • Limited Edition pieces are one-of-a-kind or micro-run and will never be reproduced. Missed the flow? New Aether will emerge.

  • We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

  • Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Limited Editions may require additional handling time. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

  • Yes. Unworn pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Contact us at Aetherandflow@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return and we will send you return shipping information and give a full refund upon receipt of the product.

  • Return shipping is covered by us for U.S. orders.

  • Yes. If the item is available, we’re happy to arrange an exchange.

  • We offer free repairs for manufacturing defects and reasonable wear.

  • Normal use over time, including clasp issues, separated links, or structural loosening. These pieces are built to endure so if something fails under normal wear, we’ll make it right.

    Damage resulting from intentional misuse, extreme force, or modification by a third party is not considered reasonable wear.

  • Severe damage from impact, intentional modification, or misuse.

  • Email us at aetherandflow@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll walk you through next steps and get your favorite piece back on your body quickly.

  • Primarily titanium and stainless steel and sterling silver. Any other materials used will be specifically noted in the product descriptions.

  • Yes. Every piece is built by hand, link by link, in NYC. You can see many of the processes on our social links or Studio page.

  • Chain Maille structures distribute weight and move with the body, making even larger pieces comfortable to wear.
